While I didnt have the highest of hopes for this collar, I was pleasantly surprised. My dog is a rescue and suffers a bit of anxiety with weather events and separation. I didnt notice much of a difference in the first few days but the he seemed calmer. Im in Nsw (mid north coast) and we have been hit with some pretty severe storms lately and what would normally result in panting, crying and scratching everything turned into just laying down and resting. Im not going to say its a miracle but I definitely saw a difference.I was gifted a product sample to trial and review. '

Worth a try....
I bought this, for my timid border collie, and consider it has helped.. She seems more relaxed.... Is part of a whole behaviour management plan... Nothing works on its own

Calms my little dude
My dachshund developed quite a lot of anxiety after moving house with me, and the vet recommended this collar. It was great for him! The difference was gradual and a little subtle, I didn't actually realise how well it was working until it ran out and he became frazzled again. You have to give it a week to see the benefits, but it does seem to be something that either really helps or does nothing at all. It's wildly expensive (anywhere you buy it) for something that only lasts a month.

'This collar has helped my small dog with his anxiety in the car and when we go for walks. Usually he cries the entire time we are in the car but since wearing the collar he has been settled and happy to nap during the car ride. As a small dog he often gets a little scared as we go on our afternoon walk by the other dogs. While he is still unsure about some of the larger dogs we pass he has been more friendly and happy to say hello to the smaller dogs. '

Great collar very expensive from animates compared to pet.co.nz but worth it
Great collar very expensive from animates compared to pet.co.nz but got with animate vouchers. well worth it for my little dog who was moving house and country. It kept her calm and she got to the UK alive and safely with it on. Also find it easier to train her with it on as she can be a bit dog reactive but is doing really well with not reacting now. easier to train her with it on and she is more chilled out and calm.

I have two dachshund's that are pretty anxious and bark at every little thing that walks by the house be it animal or human or car. This collar actually worked to calm them. I put the collar on my most anxious dog and they were out definitely more calm than usual. I'd say about 70% reduction in their anxiousness and barking. However it did wear off after 2 weeks. '
