Note: When plugged in, the pet pad won't immediately feel warm and will not feel warm while exposed to air.

  • The current IP rating of the Argus pet pad is IPX1 – Dripping water (Vertically falling drops) shall have no harmful effects.
  • Argus Heating recommends that the Pet Pad is not used outside of this rating.
