Vet retail, including prescription diets are available in clinics but must be collected and paid for in a contactless way. Phone your clinic for ordering and pick-up.
What about frozen & live flies?
You are now able to purchase your urgent frozen food (including frozen aquatic food) needs from our Vetcare clinics. Please call your local Vetcare clinic to place your order prior to collecting in-store. Our Vetcare team will guide you through the Zero Contact process when you pick up your order.

Maintaining physical distancing rules
We are taking all the necessary measures to ensure your visit with us is safe and we are following the recommended 1 metre physical distancing guidelines.
Face coverings
As per government guidelines, face coverings are mandatory when visiting our store. Please let the store team know if you have an exemption and we will meet your needs using contactless methods. We recommend using our Home Delivery service as an alternative option.
Contact tracing guidelines
As per government guidelines, we will be recording the contact details of all customers that visit the store to keep our customers and team safe.
