Wish I'd bought this one at the startI started off with a cheaper brand of cat tree when my boy was a kitten, but within a few months it was really wobbly and looked tatty. After upgrading to this one I wish I just bought Kat Attack at the start. They are really solid, have a 10yr guarantee and when you compare prices they really aren't much more expensive than the cheaper cardboard-type trees like Trouble & Trix.
Happy cat, and the sisal rope stands up to his scratches much better. Would recommend the catnip spray at the start to make sure your cat is interested in the tree.

THIS!Ok, this is the second one we bought at the same time, just so she would have two in various parts of the living room and with a view! Our cat, Beki is a hefty one, a brick wrapped in silk, but, she is able to get on this platform with no issues! The last cheap one we had, she was leary of for good reason. It wobbled and was not suitable for her to jump. Once she learned that this thing could bear the weight and stayed put, she hardly moves from it except to play. I LOVE that she can sit quietly in front of the window now on her perch and just enjoy watching the wildlife. She feels safe and secure, we couldn't be happier! Nor could the cat. :) Thank you Animates for always giving us peace of mind when we are purchasing things. We were so leary to buy a post and not have the cat use it, but you assured us that we could bring it back in good condition if she didn't love it. You always stand by your promise and we are delighted! THANK YOU!

Get it earlyAfter lots of hmm'ing and haa'ing, decided to get it for my kitten. I wish I got it sooner, wouldn't have gotten any of the cheaper towers otherwise. It doesn't wobble and the cat absolutely loves clambering all over it. It is expensive but hopefully it'll be worth it with the 10 year guarantee.
