Animates Petpoints is a nice and simple way to be rewarded. Earn points every time you shop at participating Animates and Animates Vetcare with 1 point for every $1 spent*, the more points you earn the higher your tier and the bigger benefits your rewards become!
How to join
It’s simple and easy, either join in store or online with your name, email and phone number.
If you are already a loyalty member instore?
You can activate and link to your account, when you create an online shopping account when you use the same email and phone number. Simply by clicking on the Login icon 
in the navigation bar. Then your online purchases will be added to your loyalty account.
New to Animates?
Simply click on the Login icon in the navigation bar and create your loyalty member account, and you can then shop online or in-store.
We will email you updates and rewards regularly.

Tier Rewards
When you join our Animates Petpoints programme we add up your spend (over 12 months) from particiapting Animates and Animates Vetcare and this is turned into your Petpoints balance. You have the opportunity to upgrade your tier reward at any point in time. Petpoints do expire after 12 months of issue which may mean in a downgrade, but this only happens once a year.

Viewing your Petpoints Balance and Benefits
We will regularly email you with benefits, promotions and special offers over the year.
Your Petpoints tier and benefits can be accessed by our staff when you visit in store or alternatively your Petpoints balance and benefits can be accessed by calling our customer care team on 0800 264 6283. We are continuing to develop our online platform and hope to bring to your online account your Petpoints balance and your Petpoints benefits. Once we have this up and running you will be able to view this information when and where you like.
