Place your order by 2pm and enjoy delivery between 6 - 9pm the same day for only $9.95. 
If you place your order after 2pm, delivery will be between 6 - 9pm next working day.

This service is currently only available in selected Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, and Christchurch areas Monday - Friday but we hope to offer this service in more regions soon.

Please note you will only be able to complete a Same Day Delivery order if all the items in your cart are available and in stock for your delivery location. Certain products are not available for Same Day Delivery such as live fish, Aquariums, live & frozen food, Vet Prescription diets, and oversized items. Same Day Delivery is not available on weekends or Public Holidays.

We’ll send an email to confirm your order.

Enjoy delivery between 6-9pm.

Terms and Conditions

Same Day Delivery is available in selected Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, and Christchurch areas for orders placed by 2pm (NZST) online at animates.co.nz. Delivery is not available to PO boxes. Same Day Delivery is not available on all products and exclusions apply, including but not limited to aquariums, live & frozen food, Vet Diets, and products weighing over 25kg. This service is available Monday - Friday (excluding weekends & Public Holidays) at a flat rate of $9.95, unless otherwise stated and is subject to change.

If your order is placed after 2pm, it will be delivered the following eligible day. Please note that if you place an order after 2:00pm on a Friday, it will be delivered on Monday evening.

Please note: We don't recommend providing a business address unless it is open during the delivery timeframe we offer.

Same Day Delivery is subject to stock availability at your location. You will not be able to place a Same Day Delivery order if any item in your cart is not available for your location. You will also not be able to place a Same Day Delivery order if you manually enter your address at the checkout.

You will receive the following communication from us during the Same Day Delivery process:

1. Email confirmation that we have received your payment/order.
2. Email confirmation that your order is on its way.
