Rated 1 out of 5 by rhys201 from Has trouble detecting black cats After emailing surepet they knew. If you have purchased this and have a black cat increase the sensors sensitivity to max. Press and hold both Open/Close lid and training buttons until a solid red light turns on. Release then press training button once. It has one star because they have not allowed an increase timer function.
