Toys

Kittens and cats love to play – and given the opportunity they will play with anything, which may well end up being something of yours. So, to stop your things getting ruined or lost under the couch forever, it’s a good idea to get your cat some cat toys of their very own, or even a cat tunnel.

What are the best cat toys? There are a lot of cat toys to choose from, but generally cats seem to like anything with movement. The cat toy will be a hit if it can move in fast, unpredictable ways – just like a mouse or a bird does. Cat toys with different textures are also good, as are cat toys that make a sound. Cat toys that have cat nip in them will also get kitty’s attention. Cats love reflective cat toys and chasing laser lights around – which can also be entertaining for us. Wand cat toys and teaser toys on a string are great as they enable you and your cat to play together and form a bond. It’s a good idea to mix and match cat toys and change them every few days as cats can become bored with their toys. So, when you’re choosing toys for your cat, mix and match a few different types of toys to keep them interested.

Cat tunnels are also another option, as they let your cat indulge in some of their natural behaviours like running, hiding, and playing. Cat tunnels come in a variety of shapes, lengths, and materials to suit your house and your furry feline friend.
