Click & Collect during Alert Level 2
With stores open as usual during Alert Level 2, there is no change to your quick and easy Click & Collect service. We do ask that while shopping, you adhere to physical distancing guidelines and be a responsible kiwi and sign in on arrival with the NZ COVID Tracer app.
How does it work?

Click & Collect combines the convenience of online with the ability to head to our stores to collect within 90minutes with our new zero contact policy. The following communications and emails you will receive throughout the click & collect process (where applicable); ;
1. Payment/Order Confirmation Email
2. Ready for collection Email
3. Day 3 reminder Email (if not yet collected)
4. Day 7 phone call
5. Cancellation/Refund confirmation Email
^We aim to fetch the order within 90 minutes of it being placed (within opening hours) but based on availability of staff this could potentially deviate. You will have 8 days to collect your order, after 8 days we will have to cancel your order and process a full refund of the amount paid, back into your original payment method. If you need your pick-up period extended please call your local store or our customer services team. We require you to bring a photo ID (driver’s licence , passport, 18+ card or photo credit card) and your confirmation email to ensure you can successfully collect your order. Click & Collect works in conjunction with Frequent Feeder however, it does not work in conjunction with Repeat Delivery. Returns for Click & Collect are only available Mon-Fri.
