Animates Price Match Promise 

At Animates, we strive to offer you the best value for your pet care needs. Our Price Match Promise is designed to ensure that you receive competitive prices on identical products. Please take a moment to review the terms and conditions below:

Price Match Requests:

• Animates reserves the right to refuse a Price Match request if the price falls below cost.
• Price Matches are at the sole discretion of Animates.
• To be eligible for a Price Match, the customer must be a member of the Animates loyalty program.

Competitor's Advertised Price:

• The customer must provide the Animates team with a competitor's publicly advertised price.
• The products must be identical, in stock in the requested quantity, and available for sale by both the competitor and Animates at the time of quoting (i.e., no backorders or rainchecks).

Product Criteria:

• The product must be new and identical, including brand, model, year of manufacture, colour, size, flavour, variety, and quality.

.Retrospective Requests:

• Price Match requests will not be considered retrospectively after an order has been placed or a purchase completed with Animates.

Cost Inclusions:

• The competitor's price must include all associated costs, including GST & taxes, delivery, freight, fees, and charges.
• The competitor's product price must factor in any bonus offers or accessories offered by Animates.
• Excludes any competitor's cashback offers and reproductions (e.g., house brands, etc.).

Exclusions:

• Animates will not price match against Marketplaces or Independent sellers.
• Price Matching does not apply to Auto-Ship or similar services.

Response Time:

• Our Customer Care team will aim to respond to your Price Match request within 48 hours. However, in busy periods, the response time may be slightly delayed.

Loyalty Program:

• Animates Pet Points will still be earned when price matching an in-store or online

By participating in the Animates Price Match Promise, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Animates reserves the right to modify or terminate this policy at any time without prior notice.
