If your dog is going to be outside temporarily then a dog house, dog shed, or dog kennel can give your pooch a sense of security as well as protection from the weather. You’ll need to make sure your dog house has enough room for your dog to fully stand up in, move around, and have access to food and water. They should also sit above the ground, so they’re ventilated in summer and to stop the floor of the dog house from getting cold in winter.
