Got burnt
I used this heater as a backup to set up a new tank, in preparation for some fry. I got a more permanent heater suitable for the tank. So while I was taking it out of my fry tank. I slipped and touched the glass with my hand and got a rather nasty burn. My water temps were 25c but the heater itself runs so hot any fish that bumps into it will not survive. I'm so glad I threw it in the trash because I may have lost my whole fry clutch.

I got this for my tank and my temps were fluctuating and wouldnt keep a stable temp. I thought it was my lights and filter motor heating my tank up, but nope. I replaced the heater with an Eheim adjustable heater and my temps have been perfect since.
This Jebo Heater is awful.
