Way to small and a bit broken
I bought this about six months ago and for some reason the top floor is giving way, and the wood is rotting which I am not happy about so if you are keeping your pet outside, I wouldn't recommend it. I could also barely fit my two guinea pigs in the top area which I am definitely not happy about.

Needs reinforcement against predators and eating t
I just bought this one at full price and is a little disappointing. The large wire doesn't protect the bunny from predators. So I have to wrap it with wire..not ideal . And of course she quickly nibbled on the frame, which is treated and very light wood, so that too needs reinforcement. A lot of added costs to make it work safely for the bunny.
The extension could be fixed in a different way so that it could be removed and make a play pen. ( With 2 extra panels) Minor changes would make a great difference. I don't think it is worth the full price in comparison to other hutches online.

Not made for NZ weather conditions
I brought this recently for my Rabbit, It’s definitely not weatherproof. I have to place a sheet of iron over the play area as a roof to protect her from the rain otherwise she ends up soaking wet. I now have to purchase an extra indoor cage to put her into the garage when it rains.
