Description
Purely Pets Veal Patties are made of 100% New Zealand veal. Veal is a lean protein packed with nutrients, and it is very easy to digest. While veal meat does come from cows, many pets with allergies to adult beef protein do very well on veal. As with all our foods it is highly digestible for vitality and a low stool output. Even the fussiest cats love veal!
Ingredients
100% New Zealand free-range veal.
Rated 3 out of 5 by oggi from NOT suitable for cats! I chose this product for its being preservative free and high lean protein content, thinking it might be a good addition for my 12 yr old cat and the 2 1/2 months old kittens. They all refused it after first nibble (and my old kitty dose eat Jimbo's raw veal). After disposing of few patties over few days I tried to offer the kittens a piece using my fingers just to discover a substantial quantity of hard bone fragments 7-8 millimetres in size and hard cartilage, definitely too big & unsafe for kittens or small cats. Remaining patties Been given to a dog which is probably more appropriate for.
