Needs to be shaken-not a good product.Not very happy with this product as you have to shake it to get the biscuits to fall down. Kind of defeats the purpose of the product. Extra annoying as I specifically asked the person at the shop if the biscuits fall freely down and they said it did.
Cats use the tray fine.
