Everyone seems happy!
Kitten loves this, several levels and hidey holes to pop out of. Nice neutral colour. Advertised as sisal and carpet, but it’s made of a soft furry fleece type material instead. My cat likes to scratch the carpet, so I would have preferred a carpet material, hence it lost a star. Animates delivery was incredibly fast, I ordered just before 11pm on Sunday, and it arrived by lunch on Monday, and I don’t live in a city, so well done. I also saved 30% ordering online,

Not lasting as well as hoped but kitten likes it
I bought this scratcher only two weeks ago for my very timid kitten. He loves it, the cave at the bottom has given him a safe place to hide and the tunnel up to the top has helped him to start exploring and build confidence while still being able to dart back to safety if he gets a fright. Unfortunately though, despite costing close to $300, it is already falling apart. The hanging toy began falling apart with only gentle playing (the hard ball inside fell out of it tonight), and the tower has a noticible tilt to it which we haven't been able to fix. There are also only two small sisal areas for scratching; most of the tower is covered in soft minky fabric. We have an older tree from a different brand which cost about half the price and does not have any of these issues. Ultimately, although my kitten loves it, I would not recommend this tower - it has a big price tag but the quality does not match what you pay for.

structurally questionable
I got this scratcher when my cat was a kitten. He has grown now and I have had it a year and it is starting to tip to the side. It finally fell over today when he was trying to lie in the top bed. There isn't much structure to hold up the top part and keep it steady.
