Animates Vetcare consultations, surgeries (in a closed clinic environment) and prescription medicine and food.

Vet retail, including prescription diets are available in clinics but must be collected and paid for in a contactless way. Phone your clinic for ordering and pick-up.

Our courier partners will be doing their best to get your orders to you, however as many kiwis will be shopping online during this period there may be some delays. You will recieve an automated email when your order is on its way and you will be able to track your order.

What about frozen & live flies?

You are now able to purchase your urgent frozen food (including frozen aquatic food) needs from our Vetcare clinics. Please call your local Vetcare clinic to place your order prior to collecting in-store. Our Vetcare team will guide you through the Zero Contact process when you pick up your order.

Animates Vetcare is open to support you through all Alert Levels

Auckland clinics will be operating in a closed clinic environment. That means we are open to care for your pets needs but you’ll need to stay in the car upon arrival at the clinic. Read more information on what to expect when visiting a clinic during Alert Level 3 on the Animates Vetcare Page.
